Kingsrowe is a lifestyle project that began in the early 90’s with a group of boys who believed that they could one day run the world from the stoops of their neighborhood on the Eastside of Columbus, Ohio. Officially established in 2008, the brand captures and embodies the attitude, spirit and individuality of the young pulse that make up the Ohio street culture. We strive to remain personal and direct while representing the identity of the community and culture. The Kingsrowe brand reflects the overlooked and underrated, the hard worker and the hustler, but most importantly it represents the dreamer and believer.
Kingsrowe.com began in the fall of 2008 to provide a window for the outside world to see what Columbus Ohio has to offer. Now in its 4th year, Kingsrowe.com has come a long way from its humble beginnings as Wordpress blog with 14 fans. The brand, in whole, is influenced by 90’s hip-hop and fashion along with the emergence of the “streetwear” culture at the end of the 20th century, with the idea that you can be comfortable being who you are and proud of where you are from.
