Rihanna wins award for "back on top"

As we all know Rihanna recently did a interview with Diane Sowyer on 20/20 regarding the Chriss brown incident. Since the interview Rihanna attended the 2009 woman of the year awards hosted by 'Glamour" magazine, where she received the "back on top superstar" award. She wore a dress which she joked about being the tighest thing she cold find. As she wiped tears away and was visible shaken she accepted the award with grace and great appreciation. Iman the supermodel presented Rihanna with the award and spoke about how she was proud of her for speaking up. Im glad that such a negative situation is being turned into a positive way for woman and men to feel more confident about speaking out if they were involved in domestic violence.
