What is the One Question You Have Always Wanted Someone to Ask You, But They Never Did? Then Answer It
Q: Jasmine, What life experiences would you say defined your character the most? Do you feel that if it was known, that you'd be understood better?
A: Being without and dealing with going without things and elements most people my age have had the fortunate opportunity to have, the constant rejection and mistreatment from men, beginning with my father, and having no one but my mother throughout all hardship and issues throughout life I've developed a carelessness to others emotion, coming from no one caring about my own emotions and feelings. Also, the fact of being my mothers only child I've had no support system but her, so I feel as if I've learned how to love and feel and care, and it all balances out my personality but not completely, which brings the pessimism. I've been through a share of things, things deeper then any interview can tell you, things that only conversation could be close to explaining, but I do not believe that i'd be understood better as a person OR as to why I do what I do, and say what I say. It all comes from the willingness to understand...Or maybe i'm just underestimating the power of my words perhaps.
