Sunday, against the Detroit Lions, Chad Jonhson had a field day to say the least. After scoring a touchdown Ocho-Cinco went to the sideline and pulled out a sombrero.  Why? I don't know. That was just one of his many spontaneous celebrations but the meaning behind it, though unclear, was still as funny as ever. Following the celebration Chad Ocho-Cinco was hit with a $30,000 fine for his antics.  But it seems as if nothing can stop Chad, not fines and definitely not someones secondary.
