FLY UNION x THE COOL KIDS x KID CUDI...

Fly Union... We were in the sold-out Newport last week for the Big Free Concert featuring Fly Union, The Cool Kids and Kid Cudi. You can tell Ohio supports its own because the Fly U and Cudy sets were wired but the Cool Kids failed to ignite the crowd as the home teams did. I was in house for the Cool Kids performance and it was luke warm to say the least, but I know the majority of the words to their songs so I still had a real good time. Kid Cudi shut the show down when he came on in his Air Yeezy's but the biggest surprise of the night had to be Chip Tha Ripper's ovation. You would have thought Jay-Z ran from behind the curtain. I didn't even know that many (insert ethnicity here) people listened to Chip... I guess that leaves me with one thing to say, SLAB UP! More pics after the break...
