I Heard 'Em Say: She's Your Queen to Be!! By @TheLuckiStar

I had an awesome opportunity to collaborate with Keira Nicole, Owner

of Brooklyn Queens; an online clothing store for all vintage fashion

lovers.  Originally from Columbus, Ohio, this former Buckeye ventured

out into the city that never sleeps, to established a business of her

own that's beginning to receive a lot of buzz. Offering clothing for

men, women and kids, accessories and home decor, Brooklyn Queens gives

you a creative and engaging shopping experience that is not only

interactive, but will blow you away with a finely curated assortment

of pieces that are definitely wardrobe must haves! Going by her own

motto "The Key to Style is not to set Any Limits" this vintage maven

is setting the tone with her innovative concepts focusing on the city

life with a twist of whimsy and nostalgia; sort of like street style

meets fairytale. Right off the bat you can surely see that she knows

her fashion and recognizes that all new trends take root from their

predecessors. She definitely caters to the price conscious consumer

that wants to look trendy and set themselves apart from the crowd by

offering one of a kind pieces at affordable prices.  Operating out of

downtown Brooklyn, BklynQueens also offers personal shopping and style

appointments for those who still need a bit of assistance with finding

their inner fashionista or fashionisto.





I was lucky enough to be the first participant in BklynQueens' "Our

Looks, Your Style" collaboration.  Basically, it gives stylists the

chance to play in the entire BklynQueens collection, style a few

models and shoot them! It was such a fun experience and a great way

for up-and-coming stylists and photographers to gain more exposure,

but also to work with awesome clothes! Below are just a few images of

all the fun I had with the BklynQueens collection!
