2922 days and counting

It's been 2922 days and counting since the Michigan Football program has beaten Ohio State and it will be 2925 days by kickoff. That's 8 years and 2 days.

That's 2 Olympic cycles and some pennies. That's a long f##king time. I was a Senior in High School getting ready for my Freshman year in College. If anybody is counting at home I'm still not done with school which futher illustrates the ineptness from the Michigan Football Program.

Let's take a look at how the world looked on November 22nd, 2003 (the last time the Wolverines got the better of the Buckeyes.)

Last time the Wolverines beat the Buckeyes, Mark Zuckerberg was just some kid wearing Gap Hoodies on the Harvard Campus. Facebook was invented 9 weeks later.

Last time the Wolverines beat the Buckeyes, Howard Dean was still 2 months away from the, "Scream heard round the World." YEAAAAAAAAAAH!

Last time the Wolverines beat the Buckeyes, Tolkien freaks were still waiting for Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King to premiere. Long live King Aragorn heir to Isildur.

Last time the Wolverines beat the Buckeyes we were still trying to prevent Hussein from Sadammazing the Middle East. WMD's much?

Last time the Wolverines beat the Buckeyes we had just been introduced to Steve Bartman weeks earlier. Poor Cubbie fans.

Other things that had just happened or were about to happen include the release of the Da Vinci Code (the book not the movie), Gmail was still not released, LeBron James had been playing for the Cavs for a few weeks, Ronald Reagan and Gerald Ford were still alive and Outkast just released, "Hey Ya!"

Let's make those bastards from up north wait another year. GO BUCKS!
