Magnitude 4.4 Earthquake Stikes Southern California

Category:

The U.S Geological Survey reports that a magnitude 4.4 earthquake rocked Southern California shortly after 4 a.m. (local time) today. The earthquake was centered approximately 10 miles east of downtown Los Angeles. At the present time there are no reports of damage, injuries or power outages.

While the earthquake was considered to be small in size, it was reportedly felt from San Bernardino County to the east and Santa Monica to the west.

The U.S. Geological Survey has yet to determine which fault was responsible for this earthquake.

I don't know about you guys but these earthquakes are getting ridiculous. Haiti, Chile, Taiwan, Indonesia, California, I think I may have missed one. Ya'll get the point.
