Late Sunday night Bow Wow made public his transition to becoming a part of the Cash Money/Young Money family via his Twitter account.  After making his fans sit on the edge of their seats for days, Bow Weezy couldn't wait until Monday (the original date of the big announcement) to make the news official.  The news is welcomed by the many fans who sat around waiting to hear which record company Bow was going to sign to after being released from Columbia Records back in June.  Bow made sure that everyone knew he ASKED to be released from Columbia after almost 10 years and wasn't being dropped.  A live video posted to Justin TV shows Bow Wow commenting on Columbia's work ethic when it came to cultivating him as an artist in recent years.  What will this move mean for Bow? Young Money is doing their thing right now, so I can only imagine some good can come from this new deal.  Not to mention being on the same team as Lil Wayne and Drake doesn't hurt.  A fresh start with a new record company may be just what the doctor ordered.
