I am a rap artist/spoken word poet/ event host. I am in the industry of making money while making people think- call it what you will, lol.
How Did You Get Into the Business?
I started putting out CDs on my own in 2004. After I did the project with Mick Boogie in 2007 things really took off. Spoken word and hosting stemmed from my days at OSU
When Was the Moment You Knew Music Was What You Wanted to Do?
When I saw that I could make a living doing what I love sincerely... and what I loved to do sincerely inspired other people positively.
What/Who is Your Biggest Inspiration?
Life. Everything that I create artistically is based on something that I have (or someone else I know has) seen, been through or felt.
What Sets You Apart from Everyone Else?
I have a broad range: from spoken word, to freestyles, to songs, to battling... its all apart of the Searius Add
répertoire. And there's not too much fiction or embellishment with me- you get authenticity and sincerity without being preached at. I'm a little witty ;)
Who Do You Feel is Your Biggest Competition?
Myself. When people have external battles, they are really just internal battles projected externally.
What Do Dou Ultimately See for Yourself in This Industry? Like… What is Your End Goal?
Making music that I like, that the people love and taking care of my responsibilities. I'm a simple dude. The only thing that is going to change is the number of people who become aware of the name or align themselves with the movement- and that number just may increase alot ;) lol....

I'm a man of extremes. Everything I say I mean- at that moment. Also... my name isn't spelled SERIOUS or SIRIUS but SEARIUS! But Im not offended b/c most get it wrong initially...oh, and its my real name.
