was celebrating the birth of his fourth child, Nivea has REALLY given birth to a healthy baby boy named Neal. The baby was born yesterday, November 30th, and is Nivea's fourth child as well. At a time when Lil Wayne is preparing for a stint in the bing, (LOL I don't really use that word), there is a glimmer of sun shining on his ever growing kiddie village.
