So, one of the most consistent rappers of our generation was in Columbus not too long ago. He said he didn't pack much for his trip and needed to go shopping, and what better place to go shopping in Columbus Ohio than S o l e C l a s s i c s (other than the Kingsrowe Gallery of course) Thanks for stopping by Fab, appreciate the patronage.
I finally made it to the capitol of the United States of America, Washington DC. It's a shame it took me 24 years to do so, but I made it. I had a nice time to say the least. Met some new people, hung out with some old friends, tried new restaurants, visited all of the monuments, turnt up, you name it, I tried to do a little bit of everything. I didn't get to take as many photos as I thought I would, but I managed to get a few good shots on my last day in the city. Check out the photos! More pictures at: mrkingjd.com
The Breakaway Music Festival just went down a week ago, it was a great step forward for entertainment possibilities in Columbus. There were over 30 artists that took the stage(s) including some of our favorites like Kendrick Lamaer, Schoolboy Q, Stalley, LA Riots, Empire of The Sun, Juicy J, and plenty more! I had a great time at the Breakaway Fest, can't wait for the next one to come around. Here are a few shots from the day, you can find more at MrKingJD.com
Nike Mayfly Woven QS (quickstrike)
These are easily some of my favorite shoes of 2013. We can start with the look; sleek, smooth, woven detailing, leather heel, suede upper, and waxed laces. And then there's the on-foot feel; some of the lightest shoes ever, very responsive, very soft sole, overall extremely comfortable. I've worn these shoes double digit times in the past two weeks. It's hard to take them off, no joke. Do yourself a favor and stop by Sole Classics and try some on before they're gone F O R E V E R. Don't say I didn't tell you.
