Yesterday Complex blog announced their pick for BEST dressed rapper of ALL TIME. Out of 64 rappers (Pharrell, LL Cool J, Eazy E, and Andre 3000, just to name a few) Kanye and Jay went head to head to claim the throne of "Best Dressed Rapper of All Time." As we all know, Kayne does have a very keen eye for fashion which lead to receiving a whopping 77% of votes to Jay's 23%.
