Wilt Chamberlain and his greatness. Where do I start? I can talk about the records in basketball that he holds, how he dominated and changed the game of basketball and even being a member of the Harlem Globetrotters. I can talk about why we're "talkin' more than hoops" and how his background made for a great idea for a Kingsrowe T-Shirt. We know how great he was at basketball and like I said before, he dominated. 31,419 (30.1 ppg) 23,924 (22.9 rpg) 4,643 (4.4 apg) and also was a pure athlete, standing at 7 feet 1. The only player in NBA history to score 100 points in a single game and average 40-50 points in a season (this is without 3 pointers). But, what's so interesting about Wilt is his life outside of basketball. No he wasn't a bad guy or in trouble. He was a fan favorite and the people loved him. Commercials, TV show apperances, you name it he did It. Also Wilt was known as a womanizer, and this is why we're "talkin' more than hoops" or you can take rapper Cam'ron's memorable quote: "I'm hittin b**** like Wilt". It was said that Wilt hit 20,000 women (LOL). That's crazy. I don't even know 20,000 people, let alone have sex with that many women. Friends say that Wilt once had 23 women in 10 days. The lifelong bachelor claimed he had sex with 20,000 women. For this to be true, he would have had to have had sex with 1.37 women per day from the age of 15 until he published his book, in which he states all of this. All this in one person makes him a great. NBA great, Harlem Globetrotter, 20,000 women, and being loved by the community. What amazes me the most is that he did all of that and still was at the top of his game in his NBA career, and didn't carry himself like a bad boy of the NBA.
