One bad decison from All-American cornerback, Tyrann Mathieu has him out the whole year with the LSU Tigers. Routine drug tests, players are familiar with and even though they may be random, players know this. As should Tyrann and when it came time for a drug test the All American failed his test. Apparently this wasn't the first time Tyrann has failed a test, so this time around, his career as a Tiger done. Being young and popular in college has its perks, especially when you're an All American and coming into the season and you're a top candidate for Heisman. But you also can get caught up in being too comfortable, which causes for players to slip up. Staying focused is the key. When you're the number one corner coming into the new season and wanna get to the next level, you have to have tunnel vision and no room for dumb mistakes. However, Tyrann's career may be over with LSU, but he has about 20 college football programs asking for permission to speak with him. Not too sure where he will end up playing at, but he has visited McNeese State. McNeese State, where classes began Wednesday, say there remains some leeway for Mathieu to enroll within the next few days. So hopefully Tyrann can play his last year of college football somewhere.
