SPORTS WITH FONZ: WHO WILL HAVE A BETTER SEASON CHAD OCHOCINCO OR PLAXICO BURRESS?

Plaxico Burress and Chad Ochocinco enter the 2011-2012 NFL football season with thier new teams.  Two of the most dominating, deep threat Wide Receivers come into this season with a chance to compete for a Superbowl ring; seeing that they're with two of the best teams.

Which one of these guys will make a huge impact on the team; Or which one will have a better season?

Both wide outs could easily end up becoming the 2nd option (Far-Fetched).  Yet, I say this because the Patriots have Wes Welker who is an excellent slot receiver and capable of having a dominating season. During 2010-2011 Welker had 848 yds and 7TDs; not Randy Moss numbers, but he's played with Tom Brady for the last few seasons and it's all about the chemistry they have.

However, with the NFL season starting so late, Ochocinco and Brady won't have as much chemistry (as far as timing when coming out a route or under throwing Ochocinco because of his speed).  On the flip-side, Brady has played with a deep threat wide out when he had Moss, so timing and Ochocinco's speed may not be a problem.

Ochocinco could end up with the better year, seeing that Burress was in prison and has been away from the sport for quite some time.  Though, Burress goes to a Jet team with another dominate Receiver, Santonio Holmes (746 yds 6TDs). He also holds a Superbowl ring like Burress, with a team Burress is familiar with.

"I say all of that to say this, Brady did it without a star receiver, and still put up MVP numbers. Burress, on the other hand, is coming into this season with multiple stars on the team. It's a toss up on who will have the better season"
