SPORTS WITH FONZ: DAUNTE CULPEPPER BACK WITH COACH DENNIS GREEN

Well since Daunte Ciulpeppers dominating career is over in the NFL.  Culpepper turns to the UFL to continue his love for the sport.  Will Culpepper ever try to make a come back to the NFL??

Culpepper signed with the UFL's Sacramento Mountain Lions on Monday where he will play for Green, who drafted the quarterback with the 11th overall pick in the 1999 NFL draft for the Minnesota Vikings.  In Culpepper's first full NFL season with Green in 2000 the quarterback threw for a league-leading 33 touchdowns and rushed for seven more.

"My goal for this year was to get on the field and play football," Culpepper said in a statement released by the league. "When the opportunity came for me to sign with the UFL and play for coach Green in Sacramento I could not resist. I am impressed with his approach to the game and to his players."
